Privacy & COPPA
Built for children's privacy
Lucas Academy is a non-profit serving kids and families. Protecting children's privacy is a core design commitment as our programs roll out. This page is a plain-language summary, not yet a formal legal policy.
What we collect from children
Nothing personally identifying. Our online courses need no student login, and our programs are designed so the teacher or parent holds the only account; kids join with a class code, a nickname they pick, and a PIN.
No tracking, no ads
We don't show ads to children and don't use advertising trackers or build behavioral profiles of kids.
Parental & educator rights
Parents and educators may ask what data exists and request its deletion. Contact us any time.
